Services for Randall D. Alford, 45, of Chandler will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Stewart Family Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Cooper officiating.
Burial will follow at Union Chapel Cemetery in Van, TX under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home.
Mr. Alford passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at his home in Chandler. He was born March 21, 1972 in Heidelberg, Germany to Ronny Lee Alford and Beverly Sue Driggers Alford.
Randy was a member of Greater Tyler USBC and East Texas TCBA. He was an avid bowler. He graduated from John Tyler High School. He held the position of Purchaser with the Texas Department of Transportation.
Randy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sammy and Iva Stainback Alford and Walter & Marie Driggers. He is survived by his loving family including his parents; his wife Miranda Lee Mobbs Alford; daughter, Ashleigh Woodruff and son-in-law Taylor Woodruff; sister, Rhonda Alford; mother-in-law, Dorothy Johnson; sisters-in-law Casey Montgomery (Paul) and Jennifer White (James); brother-in-law, Bryan Johnson (Dominique); nieces, Hannah and Cheyenne Cowart and Chasity Montgomery; nephews, Caulston Montgomery and Caleb Johnson; two great-nieces, one great-nephew and numerous other loving family members.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Lange, Brad Isbell, Bryan Johnson, Caulston Montgomery, Terry Jones, Chris Driggers, Brian Colston, Mike Votaw, and Edward Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Doyle Lynch, Steve Brown and Bill Hicks.
