She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Kenneth James Kouns, Dacula, GA, Bradley Justin and Shannon Kouns, Dacula, GA; grandson, Tyler Justin Kouns; sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Bill Newman, Butler, KY; brother, Willard Gene Heath, Somerset, KY; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Heath was born on February 9, 1948. She was a graduate of Dixie Heights High School in Kentucky and was retired from the Internal Revenue Service in Kentucky and Atlanta, GA.
