John Franklin Billingsley, 75, of Florence, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018.
Mr. Billingsley was born in Monroe, NC a son of the late Benjamin Franklin Billingsley and Marcelee Collins Billingsley. He graduated from McClenaghan High School and served 3 years in the US Navy. Johnny was a member of Faith Chapel for 44 years and worked for CSX Railroad for 39.5 years, retiring as yard master. He also coached Dixie Youth Baseball at Maple Park and Pop Warner Football.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Clarice Billingsley.
