Hall, Janie B., mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, friend, one of eight children born to Cliff and Rosa Hall, departed this earthly life during the early morning hour on October 18, 2016 at Jackson Hospital.

After attending Montgomery County public schools, she began her adult life as a seamstress and worked at several local sewing factories including the Shirt Factory, Alago and McKeen Wilson uniforms and sporting goods.

She was the matriarch of the Hall family and beloved by many as "Mutt". Our precious Mother and "Muttdear" was a true gem and loved by all who knew her. She loved her Lord and her family. Her hands were never idle, whether, tending a flowerbed, gardening, preparing meals for the church or traveling with her family.

Janie was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, two sisters, and one son, Leon W. Hall.

Cherishing a memorable legacy are her children: Rose Hall, (Atlanta, GA) Willie C. Hall, Sr. (Doris), (Montgomery, AL), Donald Hall, (Dollie), (Philadelphia, PA), La'Saundra Stewart, (Montgomery, AL), Dr. Gwendolyn Stewart Williams (Ralph), (Tuscaloosa, AL), Duane W.
