Obituary for Catherine Mae Craig
Catherine Mae Craig, age 92. of Kingston, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 5, 2018.
She was preceded in death by husband, Royce; daughter, Brenda; parents, John and Rose Owens; brothers, Norman and John Owens.
Catherine is survived by daughter, Saundra Craig Moore (Knoxville); son, Carson Rodney (Loudon); grandchildren, Kami and Nathan (Temecula, CA); great-grandchildren, Brandie (Knoxville), Skylyn, Madelyn, Greer, Emmalyn, Aspen and Colton (Temecula, CA).
As per Catherine’s wishes, no services will be planned.

How do you say goodbye to the most wonderful Mom that I could ever have had. It's not easy.
She was sweet till the very end. She was never a grumpy older person.
When we left the hospital for the last time the nurses came in and told her that they didn't want her to leave because she was their favorite patient always so sweet.
I'm going to miss her saying every morning....."what a pretty day.......doesn't that sunshine look pretty."
Some days it wasn't sunny and I would tell her that it was light outside because it was daytime instead of nighttime. But, to her it was always sunny. Even with macular degeneration she still saw things as sunny instead of drab.
Mom did everything for everyone.....she never asked for much...if anything........and was always so appreciative of everything.
I'm so thankful that Johnny was always happy to have Mom go with us on vacations and trips.
Mom was so much fun because it was almost like seeing things through a child's eyes.
After each adventure she would say........"I'll never forget this." and she never did forget.
It's impossible to say goodbye..... so instead....."Until we meet again." "Love you forever, Mom"
