Funeral service for Harold O. Key, 72, will be Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Son Rise Baptist Church with Bro. Brian Bridges and Bro. Josh Adams officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Key died on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at his residence. He was born November 22, 1945, in Morgan County to Jessie Owen Key and Ruth Hazel Kelly Key. He was employed as a Maintenance Mechanic and Electrician for Parker Hanifin Company prior to his retirement. As a member of Son Rise Baptist Church, he served the Lord in the capacity of Deacon for 20 plus years. He was a loving dad and papaw and was married to the love of his life for 52 1/2 years. He ministered through his talents in bluegrass music. He was preceded in death by his parents.
