Jacobs was born Feb. 11, 1970 in Elgin, Ill.
She was raised in North Carolina and attended high school in Anaheim, Calif. In 1996, she moved to Grants Pass from Asheville, N.C.
She was a member of the Newman United Methodist Church and loved to read and watch movies.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Carolyn and Frank Fisher, of Grants Pass; sons, Anthony and Tyler Jacobs, both of Rogue River; brothers, Neil Waldrop, of Rogue River, and Daniel Marshall, of Williams; grandmother, Eloise Maxwell of Asheville; and five nephews and a niece. She was preceded in death by her father, Neil Waldrop, in 1999.
