Louis Austin Vaughn, 51, English, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at 5:05 p.m. at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon. Born Feb. 9, 1957, in Louisville, he was the son of the late Carold Vaughn and Flossie Evelyn Rich Vaughn.
He was retired from Ford Motor Co. in Louisville.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Vaughn.
Survivors include five children, Janie Knieriem, Teri Reed and William Canfield, all of English, and Louis Vaughn Jr. and Kenny Jennette, both of Corydon; a brother, Les Vaughn of Louisville; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral: Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 2 p.m. at Dillman-Green Funeral Home in Marengo followed by burial in Pilot Knob Cemetery in Milltown. Published in The Clarion News.
