Jed Hall went home to be with Jesus in the early morning hours of February 2, 2018 at the age of 30 years old. He is survived by his parents Rick and Kim Hall of Tyler, his grandmother, Betty Hall of Whitehouse as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents J.C. Hall and Don and Lorene Salyer. Jed graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and worked for more than 10 years at Micrologic Systems, Inc. as a technician. Jed's good friend, Brittney Harrell, describes Jed as the definition of a friend, loving the way Jesus calls us to love, encouraging the way Jesus asks us to do, speaking with honesty and truth. We know the Lord greeted Jed with a "well done my good and faithful servant." Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 5th at 2:00 in the Burks Walker Tippit chapel, officiated by Sherman Mayfield. Pallbearers will be Kevin Lewis, Vic Robles, Michael Sims, Bob Majors, Roger Minter and Bruce Mark. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Cemetery following the funeral. A Celebration of Jed's life will be held at Green Acres Baptist Church.
