Catherine Davis Aaron, 86, of Monroe, died on November 14, 2013. She was born in Hall County on April 21, 1927 to the late Clara Bryan Davis and the late Thomas Byrd Davis. She is survived by her husband, Alvin Aaron of Monroe; daughters and sons-in-law, Sheryl and Charlie Peterson of Bostwick, Lynda Aaron of Monroe, Robyn and Barry McKissick of Monroe, Genny and Jim Hornsby of Lilburn; son and daughter-in-law, Jon and Teresa Aaron of Monroe; sister, Ruth Johnson of Monroe; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Ann Davis of Dawsonville, G.B. and Elizabeth Davis of Clinton, SC; 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Ross officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Mourning Doves Grief Support & Community Service Group at PO Box 88, Monroe, GA 30655.
