David Caldwell Sr., was born December 8, 1928 in Tabor, TX, and attended school in Bryan, TX. David moved to Pampa, TX in the early 50's and later moved to Amarillo, in the early 60's. During that time David was in construction work, he was the previous owner of the Kitty Kat Lounge, and then later became self-employed as a farmer. He had a passion for animals, fishing, gardening, and of course, "Dominoes". He is survived by his eight children; Vicki Norman (Jerry) Borger, TX, Mary Asberry (Carl) Amarillo, TX, David Caldwell Jr. (Pat) Pampa, TX, Henry Williams Liberal, KS, Evelyn Lemons, Bryan, TX, Carmella Bishop, Dallas, TX, Verna Light (Donald) Atlanta, GA. Services will be held Friday, February 2nd at 11 am, at New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church, 3100 Angelus Dr., Amarillo, TX.
