SARAH E. CLARK, 76, of Salem, IL and formerly of Brig Rock, VA, passed away February 2, 2018 at the Twin Willow Nursing Center in Salem.
Born November 18, 1941 in Buchanan County, VA, she was the daughter of Millard and Rebecca "Beatrice" (Blackburn) Billiter who preceded her in death.
A homemaker, she was of the Christian faith, and will be lovingly remembered as a very giving person who loved to make floral arrangements for her family and friends.
She married Harold Lee Clark, October 26, 1962 and he preceded her in death, November 1, 1997.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded by her brothers Bob Billiter and wife Wilma, Blake Billiter, and her brother-in-law, Henry Clark.
CHAPEL services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Mountain Valley Memorial Park, in Big Rock, VA. Friends are asked to gather with the family at the cemetery, prior to the service hour.
Memorials may be made to the Donor's choice and will be accepted by the Rankin Funeral Home, entrusted with the families care.
