Finley, Betty Jo Brown, 89, or as she would say, plenty-nine, of Richmond, VA, formerly of Matewan, WV was preceded in death by her parents, E.E. Brown and Marie Allara Brown; and sisters Ernestine Price and Linda Stephenson. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, C. Frank Finley; her children, Anna Marie Yarbrough, Debra Tavasso and Franklin B. Finley Betty was a lifelong active member of the United Methodist Church. She was a past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, and past Royal Matron of the Order of the Amaranth. Betty was also a very proud member of the Whitaker Woods “Bingo Babes.”
