Christina Louise Coffman Jackson, 66, born Nov 17, 1951, in Norman, OK, to George W and Wilma Jean Langley Coffman. She passed at her home in Sallisaw on Friday, Feb 2, 2018. Christina was a wonderful loving wife, mother, and grandmother to all her family and friends. She married Gary Jackson on Nov 16, 1968 and was married for 49 years and 3 months. She lived for her family and fought a valiant fight trying to regain her health for the past five years. Through the battle, she didn’t complain, keeping her trust in the Lord just knowing her children and grandchildren were successful in all their endeavors. Christina had many friends and enjoyed their company, and two very special sister friends are Dee Petree and Penny Thomas. These ladies were tireless in seeing that she had what she needed or wanted. They helped her laugh and helped her when she cried. She loved them dearly. Christina was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Sallisaw and the Park Hill Baptist Church, Tahlequah. She will be missed and loved by all her family and friends.



She is survived by her husband, Gary F Jackson of the home; daughter, Cari Jackson and her husband Steve of Fresno, CA; 2 sons, William F Jackson and his wife Catherine of Eufaula, OK, and Jeremy M Jackson and his wife Katie of Fresno, CA; Granddaughter, Felicia Lopez Long and her husband Eric; grandsons, Cody Jackson and his wife Faith, Kaleb Jackson with B.A. Reeb; Gavin Jackson, Nathan Lopez, Stevie Lopez, Hunter Jackson, Lex Jackson, Ty Jackson; sisters, Linda Coffman Mathis and her husband Ken of Ardmore, OK, and Belinda Coffman and her Husband Bill Nugent of Checotah, OK; brother, Rick Coffman and his wife Rebecca of Sallisaw; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nephew, great niece, and a host of friends. Christina was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Gary Andrew Jackson.
