She was born April 30th, 1959 to Kate (Marcum) and Charles Ray Barnett.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Kate Barnett; her brother Thomas; her ex-husband, Randy Barker: and their son, Nathaniel. Jill is survived by her five siblings Doris Critz (George) of Columbia, Kentucky, Charles (Janet), Janice Meredith, Susan Murphy (John) and George (Tammy), all of Bellbrook, multiple nieces, nephews and cousins; and her longtime friend, John Shroyer.
