A native of Detroit, Michigan and a son of the late Stanley Paul Rogers and Mary Barbara Carter Rogers.
Mr. Rogers was a member of Emanuel Methodist Church. He loved gardening and traveling.
Survivors include his wife, Betty L. Rogers, of Brunswick;
one step-daughter and son-in-law, Pat Kelley (Keith), of Woodbine;
one sister, Violet Goodpastor, of Weston, Missouri;
two step-grandchildren,
Jamie Crews (Alison) of Waverly,
Wendy Gibson (Shannon) of Woodbine.
Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday (August 17, 2016) at 12PM at Emanuel Methodist Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 11AM.
