Connie D. Harmon, 70, of Columbus, died on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation. Connie had worked as a housekeeper at Columbus Convalescent Center, she was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. She loved to sew, watch her soap operas, and flowers. She enjoyed being outside and spending time with her granddaughters. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 1:00P.M. at Barkes, Weaver, & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Patrick Galligar officiating. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2:00P.M. to 4:00P.M. and also from 12noon to time of service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. With Connie's love for flowers memorial contributions may be made to Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation Activities Department for the purchasing of flowers for outside for people to enjoy. Survivors include her daughter, Juanita Harmon of Columbus; brother, Kenneth McCarty of Hope; Granddaughters, Isabella, Aleyia, Emily, and Faith Harmon and Phoebe McCubbins; Aunt, Lillian Rothrock; and several nieces and nephews.
