She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church-Fuelling in rural Decatur, and was a 1981 graduate of Bellmont High School.
Amy worked as homemaker and was also a fabric cutter for both Berne Furniture for 10 years and Transformations by Wieland in Harlan and Fort Wayne for several years.
Among survivors are her husband of 26 years, David A. Lee of Decatur; son, Aaron A. (Tiffany Roll) Colclasure of Decatur; daughter, Amanda A. (Troy Whittenbarger) Colclasure of Decatur; six brothers, Fred (Becky) Fuelling, John (Suzi) Fuelling, Jerry (Sandy) Fuelling, Greg (Kris) Fuelling, Martin (Trish) Fuelling and Eric (Leesa) Fuelling, all of Decatur; three sisters, Kristine (Chris) Just of Macedonia, Ohio, Jill Ellenberger and Teresa (Kim) Cochran, both of Decatur; seven grandchildren, Moon, Alyssa, Zack, Xzander, Raiden, Shaelyn and Hayden.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Peter Lutheran Church-Fuelling, with visitation one hour prior from 10-11 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Martin Moehring and burial will take place in the St. Peter Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12-4 p.m. Sunday Feb. 4 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home.
Preferred memorials may be made to the Grandchildren's Education Fund.
