Bradley, Janice “Jan”, 69, of Louisville, died January 31, 2018, at University Hospital, with her loving family by her side.

She was a member of Southeast Christian Church. Jan was retired from the Special Events department at Churchill Downs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Martha Raley and a brother Bill Raley.

She is survived by her husband, David Lee Bradley; children Amy Blevins (Scott), Jonathan Bradley (Terri) and Sara Bradley; siblings, Phyllis Cook (Billy Sr.), Jeanne McCormick (Steve), Donna Betzer (Dave) and Gary Raley; 3 grandchildren, Anna, Leah and Summer, whom were the loves of her life.

Visitation: 4-8 PM with a small prayer service at 7 PM, on Friday February 2, 2018 at Bosse Funeral Home, 1355 Ellison at Barret Avenues. A graveside service will be held at noon on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at St. Michael Cemetery.
