Obituary -
R. Paul Evans, fifty-one, 1620 Lyndon Ave., died at 7:40 p.m. yesterday of a cerebral hemorrhage at the Lancaster General Hospital. Under a doctor's care, he was taken ill at 2:30 p.m., and died shortly after his arrival at the hospital. He was born in Christiana, a son of the late Warren E. and Dora Evans, and was employed as a teller at the McGovern Ave., branch of the Fulton National Bank for the past five years. He was formerly an assistant cashier at the Bridgeport National Bank, Philadelphia, and worked with the State Banking Dept., Harrisburg, for a number of years. He was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church and the Lyndon Community Improvement Assn. Surviving are his wife, Althea King Evans; a son, William M., Medford Lakes, NJ; two granddaughters, and a sister and brother, Maude, wife of Richard Johnson, Lancaster, and E.
