Rex Till was born in Fairbury, Nebraska on 5 May 18911. He is the son of Milton B. and Jessie Esther (Wamslay) Till.
About April 1916, Rex was inducted into the United States Army for service with the Signal Corps during World War I. He served, both at home and in France, and was honorably discharged on about April 1919, while assigned with the Base Hospital 10, as a Private First Class.
Then about 1919, Rex married Vivian Esther Davis, in Nebraska.
Then on 18 August 1963, at the age of seventy two, Rex passed away.
