Judy Stewart Bailey, 68, of 166 Wilderness Trail, Blacksaburg, S.C. passed away Monday, January 29th, 2018, in Charlotte, N.C.

Born in Etowah, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Pulaski Stewart and Clara Stone Scoggins.

Mrs. Bailey retired as a Waitress and was a member of Kings Creek Church of God.

Mrs. Bailey is survived by one daughter, Regena Andrews and husband, Vincent, of Boiling Springs, S.C.; one son, Jeff Batchler and wife, Stacy, of Blacksburg; three brothers, Charles Stewart of Tennessee, Stoney Scoggins and wife, Debbie, of Blacksburg, and Mark Stewart of Spartanburg, S.C.; three grandchildren, Christina Berry and husband, Eric, Jeff Batchler Jr. and wife, Madison, and Cathy Batchler; two great-grandchildren, Darby and Matilda Berry; nine nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Robert.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 2nd, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Funeral services will immediately follow at 3:00 pm at the Gordon Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be private. Jeff Batchler, Jeff Batchler Jr., Vincent Andrews, Eric Berry, Danny Crowder Jr., and Michael Richardson will serve as pallbearers.

The family will be at their respective homes.
