Marvin Wayne Carpenter was born to Marvin Orville and Nellie Edell (Fore) Carpenter on August 7, 1945, at Oklahoma City. He departed this life on January 24, 2018, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of (72) years. He had made Noble his home for the last (8) years moving from Texas. Marvin grew up and graduated from Norman High. He then entered the U.S. Air Force and received an Honorable Discharge. Marvin trained at Langley Air Force Base and became a Professional Photographer. His job was to fly missions and take photographs of the enemy base stations in Vietnam. He and Kathy Carpenter were United in Marriage and she preceded him in death. Before his retirement, Marvin was employed with the Alameda Church Of Christ as a caretaker and maintenance man. Marvin enjoyed fishing, drawing in black and white pictures and was an excellent wood crafter.
Marvin was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife Kathy, Son Marvin Wayne Carpenter Jr. Brother Jackie, Sister Mary Dell Flynn.
