Cecil Elbert "C.E." Berry, an Army veteran of World War II, a trucking company and cafe owner and a member of the American Legion Post 364 and the Country Tabernacle Church, died June 18, 2005. He was 82.

Survivors include his wife, Margie; two sons, Cecil Franklin Berry of Rock Springs, Wyo., and Steve Berry of Garland; three daughters, Linda Ann Shafer of Mathis, Gwen Cramer of Corpus Christi and Ginger McIver of Sandia; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. June 21 at Ramon Funeral Home, Robstown.

Burial will be in Banquete Cemetery.
