Bettie J. Young, 81, passed away March 28, 2006, at Wyant Woods Care Center.
She was born in Cumberland, Md., and had lived in the Akron area most her life.
She was the former spouse of Judge James V. Barbuto and John Stierl, and is survived by daughter, Margie Elizabeth Barbuto of Akron.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Adams Mason Memorial Chapel, 791 E. Market St., Akron. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to service time Monday. A private burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery on Tuesday.
