He was preceded in death by his loving wife Edith Lee McIntyre. Survivors include his children Kathleen T. Dickerson, Maureen A. Hitchens and John F. McIntyre, III. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Pierce Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at All Saints Catholic Church, 9300 Stonewall Road, Manassas, VA on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Private interment Quantico National Cemetery.
