Crystal Dawn Cunningham, age 30 of 2804 Berea Church Quincy Rd., Hiddenite passed away Friday December 31, 2010 at Iredell Memorial Hospital, suddenly. She was born December 8, 1980 in Forsyth County to Jerry Dwight Bentley of Wilkesboro and Elizabeth Diane Swink Tipton and husband Glenn of Hiddenite. Mrs. Cunningham was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Nicole Bentley; maternal grandmother, Beulah Odessa Swink; and her mother in law, Margaret Jeanette Cunningham.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband, Julius Cunningham; two daughters, Deanna Jane Cunningham and Samantha Nicole Cunningham all of the home; two brothers, Buddy Allen Bentley and wife Lela Marie of Taylorsville, Teddy Lee Bentley of Hiddenite; one sister, Glenda Botellas and husband Jose of Taylorsville; maternal grandfather, Buddy Ray Swink and wife Revonda of Hiddenite.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm Tuesday January 4, 2010 at the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel. The body will lie in state thirty minutes prior to the funeral hour. Rev. Jerry Chatham will officiate. Burial will follow in the Stony Point Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00-8:30pm at Chapman Funeral Home.
