Larry L. Castleman, 42, of Auburn, died at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 1981, at St. John's Hospital.
Born in Springfield the son of Richard and Nellie (Dambracher) Castleman, he was a farmer and was formerly in the fertilizer business.
He served on the Auburn school board for six years, including one as president.
Surviving are his wife, Linda; two sons, Terry, of Auburn and Todd, at home; one daughter, Sheila, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Castleman, of Auburn; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Services were at Auburn Christian Church.
Burial was in Virden Cemetery
