She was born to the late B.A. "Jack" and Merl Martin Turman. Ms. King was a resident of Rusk most of her life and a member of Rocky Springs Baptist Church. She loved making crafts and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy B. King and daughter-in-law, Yvette King.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Jackie King, Caroll King, Troy Allen King; daughter, Melinda McNamara; five grandchildren including Taresa Fontenot and husband Kelly, Kenny King, Meagan Dennis and husband Jeremy, Cheyenne Singletary and husband Lavadrick, Skyler and Rachael King, April and Brandon Brewster; eleven great grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Alford and Jean Turman, Robert and Faye Turman; numerous nieces and nephews.
