Funeral services for Doris L McNeil will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 31, 2018 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. Jim Wolfe and Rev. Calton Yeager will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Doris was born June 17, 1922 in Downsville, LA and passed away January 26, 2018 in West Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her son, John McNeil, Jr. and numerous brothers and sisters. She was a retired LPN and loved flowers and needlework.
Doris is survived by her three children Beverly Martin, Travis McNeil and wife Linda, Fredna McBride and husband Bob. Her six grandchildren Angela Martin, Trey Martin, Norman McNeil, Minette Eubanks, Ami Coates and Melissa Newkirk. She also had seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and host of other family.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Coates, Trey Martin, Kasey Barkley, and Ronnie Ritter.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 30, 2018 5:00 to 7:00 PM Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
