Laura Ann (Bigelow) Burge, 56, of Kansas City, MO passed away January 23, 2018, after a long, courageous cancer battle that she handled with uncommon grace. Laura worked for Encompass Medical Group for more than 20 years. Laura embraced her family and role as a devoted wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister and friend. To know Laura was to love her. Were blessed to have had this wonderful, warm, loving, beautiful woman in our lives. Laura is preceded in death by her father, Walter T. Bigelow, and survived by her mom, Jo Bigelow; husband, Richard of 37 years; children Richard III, Patricia (Allen) Wingate, Christina (Johnny) Jordan; six granddaughters; siblings Mike Bigelow, Robin (Bill) Burnam, Nancy (Bill) White, Cindy (Steve) Brittain, Teri (Gary) Young and many more family and friends. Until we meet again. Services will be held 10AM, Saturday, January 27 at Park Lawn, 8251 Hillcrest Rd.; inurnment in Green Lawn Cemetery.
