Gillette resident Phillip Robert Brewer, 33, died suddenly on or around Monday, Sept. 5, 2016, due to homicide.
He was born March 29, 1983, in Rock Springs.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and being in the outdoors. He especially had a great time snowmachining in the upper Green River, fishing and spending time at the family cabin.
He will be most remembered as a kind and caring brother, son, uncle and father who was funny and loved to joke around.
He leaves behind a mother and father, Rosa and Allen Hafner of Green River; father, Robert Brewer of England; sons, Keaton Phillip Brewer and Kortez Allan Brewer of Idaho; sister, Jennifer Stone of Green River; brother, Stephen Brewer of Park Rapids, Minnesota; paternal grandmother, Edna Brewer of Green River; and his nieces and nephews.
Mr. Brewer was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Lamont and Juanita Clark; paternal grandfather, Roy Brewer; an uncle and a nephew.
