Stephen was home schooled for many years and graduated from Susquehannock High School in 2008 at the age of 16. He would have graduated, in May, from Penn State with a Bachelor Degree, with honors, in Public Policy. Stephen was a Chief Justice of the Student Government Supreme Court, Penn State University, and tutored at the learning center of Penn State. He had interned, this past summer, in Harrisburg with the House of Representatives and was to attend law school in the fall. Among his hobbies he enjoyed hockey and chess.
