Mrs. Rosie Fay Bailey, age 71, of Forrest City, died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2005.Mrs. Bailey was born March 10, 1934, in Widener. She was a retired custodian at the St. Francis County Courthouse and is survived by her husband, Columbus Bailey of Forrest City; two daughters, Dorothy Coleman of St. Louis, Mo. and Doreen Powell of Forrest City; a sister, Annie Mae Coulter of Forrest City; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005, at 10 a.m. at United Christian M.B. Church with Rev. Norris Latham Jr. officiating. Burial followed in Forrest City Cemetery. Clay Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
