She was born in Mayfield, KY to the late Don and Bertha McAlpin Riley. Robbie retired from Cracker Barrel after many years of service. She was a member of Northside United Methodist Church. Robbie enjoyed playing Rook, listening to music, and was an avid fan of the Memphis Grizzlies.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Gary Mooney, Jr.
She is survived by her four children, Leslie Mills (Kevin), Billy Don Hale, Cynde Hale and Beth Hale; four grandchildren, Adam Hassell (Becky), Libby Hassell, Franklin Hale (Alecia), and Logan Hale; and five great grandchildren.
Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
