Shirley was a faithful member of Brentwood Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by her children, Mary Ann Proctor and fiance Billy Doughtie, Janet Daughtery and husband Steve, Robin Farrington and husband Jim, Patti Hamilton and husband Donnie, Jim Proctor and wife Sherry, Kevin Proctor and wife Stephanie; brothers Buddy Ayers, John Ayers, and Robert Ayers; sisters, Mary Manley, Ellen Arsenault; 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Mary Arsenault; and loving husband Ben Proctor.
The family will receive friends and family at Brentwood Pentecostal Church on Saturday, January 27 for visitation at 11:00am. Funeral service will start at 12 Noon on Saturday, followed by burial at Edgecombe Memorial Park, with Reverend Raymond Whitehurst officiating.
