Carol A. Casey, 73, of Armstrong Valley Road, Halifax passed away Tuesday, January 23rd at home.
She was born January 3, 1945 in Fisherville, the daughter of the late Albert L. and Sara E. (Zimmerman) Stoneroad. She was the wife of the late Chester L. Casey.
She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Fisherville. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, baking, music, and family.
She is survived by daughters Ellen McGrosky of Southampton, PA, Melissa Casey of Los Angeles, CA, Jeanne Casey of Phoenix, AZ, sons Scott Casey of Winslow, AZ, and Tim Casey of Halifax, grandchildren Amanda, Caitlyn, and Justin. She is also survived by sisters Molly Crabb, Bonnie Webster, and Evelyn Casner, and brothers Ronald, David, and Gary Stoneroad, and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 am Friday, January 26th, 2018 at Messiah Lutheran Church, Halifax. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will be private at Riverview Memorial Gardens, Halifax.
