(Marin Independent Journal, Dec. 3, 2017) Born to Herb and Helen Marggi, she was one of five siblings. The family moved to Salem, Oregon and then on to Hillsboro, Oregon, where her father Herb owned and operated Marggi's Men's Wear on Main Street. Patricia graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1957 and was married in October of 1958. She was the proud mother of two boys. Predeceased by her parents and brother, Robert. After her two sons were grown she attended nursing school and practiced with two Marin County doctors for over 14 years. She was a devoted mother, home maker and grandmother. She was an active member of the Lucas Valley Community Church and a long time member and office holder in PEO, an international philanthropic sisterhood of women. A memorial service will be held at the Lucas Valley Community Church at 2000 Las Gallinas, San Rafael, California on Saturday December 16, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. Patricia will be interred in the family plot next to her Mother and Father at the Mountain View Cemetery, 500 Hilda Street, Oregon City, Oregon on January 6, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.
