Mae Dell was born on July 12, 1924 in Point Blank, Texas to John and Annie Love Mitchell. She grew up and attended school in the Point Blank-Oakhurst ISD. Mae Dell was a member of Liberty Primitive Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor James A. Richardson. Mae Dell passed away on January 2, 2018 at CHI St. Lukes Health Memorial in Livingston, TX. She was preceded in the death by her parents, daughters: Velma J. Doyle, Maudia M. Stone and Marlon O. Mitchell. Mae dell is survived by her sons: John Mitchell and James Mitchell, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
