Clarice B. "CeCe" Williams, of Republic, Missouri, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 22, 2018 at the age of 75 years, 9 months, and 10 days. She was born April 12, 1942 in Seymour, Missouri to Charles and Mary (Keele) Gifford. Following the death of her parents, at the age of three, Clarice went to live with her older sister, Eva (Gifford) Garrison.
Clarice was married to Robert E. "Bobby" Williams in August 1968.
Clarice worked in the coffee shop in St. John's Hospital, Springfield, Missouri, and later opened a daycare in her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Williams; her parents, Charles and Mary Gifford; sisters, Eva Garrison, Priscilla Bowers, Ellen Moody, and Amanda Gifford; brothers, James Gifford, Charles Gifford, and Paul Gifford; a niece who was raised as a sister, Mary Dinwiddie; sisters-in-law, Mabel Williams, Pat Angst, Linda Harter, and Mary Stacy; and brother-in-law, William E. Williams.
Clarice is survived by a daughter, Sherry Davis; granddaughters, Stormy and Samantha Reynolds; a grandson, Harley Reynolds; four great grandchildren; a brother, Joe Keele; nieces that were raised as sisters, Joyce Duke, Jan Stewart, and Edna Lawson; a nephew that was raised as a brother, J.R. Garrison and wife Pam; sister-in-law, Mildred Mack, Lois Jean Lacey and husband James; brothers-in-law, Sonny Pruitt and wife Sue, Danny Pruitt and wife Linda, Robert Harter, and Dale Stacy.
Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Springfield.
