A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Eddie George and Thelma Blackwell Duncan, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are three sons, Michael Jennings (Kay) of Lyman, Myron Jennings (Janice) of Chapin and Mitchell Jennings (Laura) of Lyman; six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson;
Mrs. Jennings was predeceased by two brothers, James Isom Duncan and Rufus Leon Duncan and her longtime companion, James Harold Smith.
Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Friday at The Wood Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Elder Bob Davis. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.
