Jane was a long time resident of Brigantine, NJ where she enjoyed endless days on the beach with friends and raising her two children. Jane's maternal wings far exceeded just her children though. She embraced step children, nieces, nephews and countless others as if they were her own children. Jane spent her final years in Ocean View, NJ where she could be close to her children and grandchildren.
Jane will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters Robin and Natalie, her brother Ken (Pam), and her four grandchildren, Sara, Santo, Sienna and Emily. Jane will also be forever remembered by her nephews Steve, Eric, Shawn (Kelli), Justin (Lindsey) and her dear friends. Jane was predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Florence Brown, her daughter Kimberly Ross and her sister Ann Zayes.
Jane was beautiful inside and out, and her smile could light up a room. She was a kind, caring, selfless person with a quiet inner strength that was admired by all who knew her. Jane loved baking, movies, dogs, travel and the beach, but being a Mother and a Grammy gave Jane the most joy. Her family was her guiding light and her generous spirit and strong faith in the divine will live on in her children and precious grandchildren.
Jane requested a private burial and funeral. The family wishes to thank all of those who were so special to Janie and please think of her when you're enjoying a sunny day at the beach, Christmas with your loved ones or a smile from those you hold most dear.
