Myra A. Armstrong, age 78, of Faribault, died on Monday, January 22, 2018, at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home, Faribault.

Funeral services will be at Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 10:30 a.m.

Interment at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Faribault.

Visitation will be held at Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Thursday for one hour prior to the services.

Myra A., the daughter of William and Lena Winter, was born on February 23, 1939 in Arlington. She married Arden N. Armstrong on May 25, 1957 and he preceded her in death on August 16, 2006. She was formerly employed by Pleasant Manor Nursing Home, Faribault. Myra enjoyed her trips to the casino, attending garage sales, camping and campfires.

She is survived by her two children, Brenda (and Steven) Eul of Faribault and Wade (and Melanie) Armstrong of Northfield; three grand-daughters, Cecily, Alexandra and Kelly Armstrong; one great grand-daughter, Kaylyn Armstrong; one sister, Lorraine (and George) Uecker of Gaylord; nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arden; and six siblings.
