Private family services for John Paul Dunn, 81, of Monroe, LA, will be held at a later date. Interment will be held at Heard Cemetery, Bradford, AR.

Mr. Dunn was born July 13, 1936 and passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018. He was a professor at ULM Monroe from 1967 – 2012, Emeritus Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship, ULM 2012-present, Director, Entrepreneurship Studies Center, ULM, Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, ULM, Director, Small Business Development Center, ULM, Professor of Marketing, ULM, Director of Small Business Institute, ULM.

Mr. Dunn was preceded in death by his wife, Meredith Frances Dunn; father, James Paul Dunn; mother, Annie Elizabeth Guthrie; and sisters, Bevery Bruce, Mary Sue Foster.

Survivors include his sister, Kathy Dunn Gunderson/Don; son, Paul Allen Dunn; daughter, Jonna Dunn Harper; grandsons, John Tray Smith, and Seth Patrick Harper; and granddaughter, Gabriella Claire Harper.
