E. C. Hope, 73, of 13410 Horncastle Way died Saturday at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.

He was a retired employee at Ford Motor Co.

Survivors include four sons, Donald L. Hope of Newfoundland, Canada, James E. Hope of New Port Richey, Fla., and Buddy and William Hope; three daughters, Mrs. Connie Graham of Brownsville, Mrs. Beverly Nash and Miss Barbara Hope; a brother, Charles Hope of Summer Shade; a sister, Mrs. Ora Crumpton of Glasgow; 17 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at W. G. Hardy Valley Funeral Home, 10907 Dixie Highway, with burial in Bethany Cemetery.

Visitation at the funeral home will be after 5 p.m. Sunday.
