Bobby "Bob" McCormick, 79, of Panama City, FL passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Covenant Care Hospice.

Bobby was born August 8, 1938 in Columbus, GA to R.V. and Lorene McCormick. He graduated from San Jose Technical High School in 1956. He was an electrician by trade and retired from IGT, Co in Reno, NV in 2003. He enjoyed working on his family genealogy and spent many hours of his retirement doing research.

Bobby is survived by his three children and their spouses, Robert "Brian" McCormick and wife Sheryll of Reno, NV; Gena Lee Good and her husband Curtis of Lynn Haven, FL; P Daniel "Danny" McCormick and his wife Jaisree of Vero Beach, FL; his six grandchildren, Kylie, Corey, Colby, Nolen, Ian and Raevyn; and his sister Juanita Watkins (husband Pat) of Oregon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosy V and Ellen Lorene; two brothers, Roy and Doyle and his sister, Margaret.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday January 24 at Wilson Funeral Home, 214 Airport Road, Panama City, FL 32405.
