September 23, 1940 Ball Services--Andrew W. Ball, 68 year-old Coalburg resident, died Sunday at his home. Services willbe held at 2 p. m. Tuesday at the Dry Branch Free Will Baptist church and burial will be in Dry Branch cemetery. Rev. Charles Powers and Rev. W. M. McKinney are to conduct rites. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Ball; three daughters, Mrs. Roxie Slack, Mrs. Mabel Hollingsworth and Mrs. Ethel Basham; three sons, Virgil of Mt. Hope, and Arnold and Clarence of Coalburg; a sister, Mrs. Cora Donohue of California and a brother, J. H. Ball of Comfort.
