Mary Kay Andrewson, 73, of Fox, passed away October 1, 2017 at the Hospice HomeCare Inpatient Center in Little Rock. Mary Kay (Menze) was born October 19, 1943 in Omaha, Nebraska. After retiring, she and her husband Andy moved to Fox in 1999.

At the age of fourteen Mary Kay accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and followed Him in baptism. After moving to Fox, she and Andy joined Antioch General Baptist Church. Mary Kay was active in the church with music, women's ministry and also taught Sunday School. When her health prevented her from attending church, she became the main link in the church's prayer chain. Many prayers were made on behalf of those in need because of Mary Kay's ministry.

Mary Kay enjoyed animals, music, her flowers, watching birds and trying to help those in need.

Mary Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Andy Andrewson, her grandmother, Mary Walker, her father, stepmother and mother, Harold and Connie Menze and Myrna Menze.

She is survived by a granddaughter, Cameron Andrewson of Texas, many friends and her church family.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate her life on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Antioch General Baptist Church in Rushing. The service will be at 2:00PM.
