Mrs. Heather Spearman Chandler, age 37, of Buchanan, GA, passed away January 19, 2018.

She was born August 18, 1980 in Carrollton, GA to Tommy and Linda Evers Spearman.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Spearman; and her paternal grandparents, Roger and Eunice Spearman.

Heather was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and the Haralson County class of 1998. She was an employee at West GA Gastroenterology for thirteen years. Heather was a wonderful and devoted mother, and loved shopping with her girl, Cree. She was very social and loved to keep up with her many friends on Facebook and Instagram. Never at a loss for words, she could talk to a brick wall. Heather enjoyed spending time with her family, which was always a priority. She fought a hard battle with cancer for over three years, but she always remained positive and encouraging.

In addition to her mother, Linda; Heather is survived by her loving husband, Chad Chandler of Buchanan; daughters, Cree Finnell of Buchanan, and Brittany Chandler of Tallapoosa, GA; sister and brother in law, Donna and Tommy Clark of Tallapoosa; and brother and sister in law, Craig and Joann Spearman of Bowdon, GA; mother in law, Jackie Chandler; father in law, Tommy and Judy Chandler all of Tallapoosa; sisters in law and brothers in law, Sandy and Murray Fielder and Kristy and Bill Boazman all of Buchanan and Bobby and Jeni Burns and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 22, 2018 at 3:00 PM from Emmanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Barry Taylor officiating. She will lie in state from 2:00 until 3:00 PM. Music will be provided by Vicky McSwain, Renee Overton and Randal Ward, Jeffrey Hulsey, Hope and Jeff Brooks, Bonnie Sanders, Chris Keaton, and the Emmanuel Church Praise Team.

Pallbearers serving will be her nephews, Blake Spradlin, Brynt Spradlin, Balee Spradlin, Bryce Clark, Treston Vines, and Drake Vines.

Interment will follow in Poplar Springs Cemetery with Rev. Kevin McAdams presiding.

Her family will receive friends Sunday evening, Jan. 21st, between the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 PM.
