Rachel Myers, age 50, was born November 19, 1966 in Orlando, Florida and departed this life from her home in Knoxville, Tennessee on May 24, 2017. She was known as a faithful friend and loving supporter of children.

She leaves to mourn her passing her father, James Calvin Myers, Sr.; her mother, Jane Arthur Myers; sons: Michael Myers and Tomariea Amir Harshaw; daughter, Nakisha Robinson; brothers: James Calvin Myers II, Michael Myers and John Lucas; sisters: Stephanie Myers, Charlotte Myers and Tiffanie Brown, all of Knoxville; four grandchildren and a host of close relatives.

The family will receive friends from 1 PM to 2 PM on Saturday June 3, 2017, with the funeral following, at New Life Ministries, 1928 Fairmont Blvd, with Dr. Charles Sanderfur officiating. The family will assemble at 2527 Louise Avenue. The final resting place will be at Mount Olive Cemetery following the service. A white dove release will conclude the services.
